Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 20 June 2026

You may request deletion of personal data held by BizVent Group, including data connected through BizVent Social Manager for Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email privacy@bizventgroup.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the email address, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or BizVent account details needed to identify the relevant records.
  3. If you are requesting deletion for a business Page or Instagram account, include enough information for us to confirm that you are authorized to make the request.

What We Delete

After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify personal data that we are not required to keep. For BizVent Social Manager, this can include stored Meta account identifiers, connected Page or Instagram account records, OAuth token records, webhook event records, scheduled post metadata, captions, media references, and publishing logs associated with the request.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or audit purposes. Where possible, retained records are minimized and access is restricted.

Disconnecting Meta Access

You can also remove BizVent Social Manager access from your Facebook or Instagram account through Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future API access, but it does not automatically delete records already stored by BizVent. To delete stored records, email us using the request process above.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or the request is unusually complex.
