BizVent Group and its affiliated ventures ("BizVent", "we", "us", or "our") respect your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit bizventgroup.com, use a BizVent affiliated venture site, or connect a Facebook or Instagram account to BizVent Social Manager.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you submit a contact enquiry. We also collect standard server logs and analytics data, including page views, referrer, browser type, and approximate location, to understand how our sites are used.

If you connect Facebook or Instagram to BizVent Social Manager, we may receive account identifiers, page identifiers, Instagram business account identifiers, profile/page names, granted permissions, OAuth authorization responses, access tokens, scheduled post metadata, media URLs, captions, publishing status, and related webhook events needed to schedule or publish content that you approve.

• To connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you authorize
• To create, schedule, publish, and monitor social content that you approve
• To improve site performance, content, and user experience
• To monitor for abuse or security incidents

Cookies and Tracking

Our public sites use minimal first-party cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some site functionality may be affected.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our sites and admin systems, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, database, secrets management, and infrastructure monitoring providers, under contractual obligations to protect your data. When you connect Meta products, we use Meta APIs to process the permissions you grant and to publish or manage content on the Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts you select. We do not use Meta connection data for advertising resale or unrelated data brokerage.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form with no personal identifiers beyond 90 days. Social connection records, scheduled content records, and publishing logs are retained while needed to provide BizVent Social Manager, meet audit requirements, or troubleshoot publishing issues, unless deletion is requested or required sooner.

Your Rights

Children

Our sites are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age.

Changes to This Policy
