These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, admin tools, and social media management features operated by BizVent Group and its affiliated ventures ("BizVent", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing any BizVent site or authorizing BizVent Social Manager to connect with Facebook or Instagram, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or connected tools.

Use of the Sites

You may use our sites and connected tools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, or account
• Introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or overload infrastructure
• Use automated tools to harvest data or contact information
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without prior written consent
• Misrepresent your affiliation with BizVent Group
• Connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account that you are not authorized to manage
• Use BizVent Social Manager to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content

Connected Social Accounts

BizVent Social Manager may let authorized BizVent operators connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts for content scheduling and publishing. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to grant access, approve scheduled content, and comply with Meta platform policies and applicable laws.

Disconnecting a social account or revoking permissions in Meta may stop scheduled publishing. We are not responsible for posts that fail because a platform token expires, access is revoked, account permissions change, Meta APIs are unavailable, or submitted content violates platform rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on our sites — including text, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of BizVent Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted to reproduce or use any content beyond what is expressly permitted herein.

Third-Party Links

Our sites may link to third-party websites operated by our ventures, partners, or platform providers such as Meta. These sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BizVent Group is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimers

Our sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on our sites is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability
